Microsoft brings streaming MAI-Transcribe-2 to its APIs

Speech-to-text that transcribes while you talk is coming to Microsoft's MAI Playground and APIs as MAI-Transcribe-2-Streaming, along with the MAI-Voice-2.1 and MAI-Voice-2.1-Flash voice models. Microsoft calls the lineup "accurate, fast, low cost, and chart-topping" for conversational voice agents, and the Playground gets a new "Chatter" demo voice experience. The post doesn't give prices or a release date for any of the three models.
