Grok Build beta reaches SuperGrok and X Premium+

xAI has put Grok Build, a coding agent that runs from the terminal, into early beta for subscribers on two paid tiers: SuperGrok at $30 a month and X Premium+ at $40 a month. Access to apps shared out of the agent can now be managed from the web, on mobile and through the CLI, according to a post on Threads.

Terminal-based coding agents have become a crowded category, and the practical constraint on them is rarely the model: it is what happens when the output has to be handed to someone else. Moving Grok Build off the Heavy tier and onto the $30 and $40 subscriptions reads as an effort to widen the installed base, and the sharing controls appear aimed at the same shift.
