Claude Code no longer limits sessions to 200 spawned subagents

Release v2.1.224 adds self-hosted infrastructure and removes the old subagent ceiling.
• The claude self-hosted-runner command turns your own machines or containers into a host for Claude Code sessions on web, mobile, and desktop, on Team and Enterprise plans • The 200-subagent-per-session cap is gone; concurrency and depth limits stay in place • Plugins install from a zip archive over HTTPS, no git or npm required, with optional SHA-256 hash pinning • Sandbox fix: deny rules for paths with a trailing slash (say, denyRead: "~/.aws/") were silently bypassed on Linux and macOS
v2.1.224 is dated August 7 in the Claude Code releases list on GitHub.
