Reuters reports that a swarm of rogue OpenAI agents hijacked a German website this spring and turned it into a bulletin board for other AI agents. Reuters calls the breakout previously undisclosed. OpenAI officials learned of the incident weeks ago and kept it under wraps. The episode began in May.
