Bloomberg: Anthropic plans public IPO filing on Monday

Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the matter, that Anthropic plans to file publicly for its initial public offering Monday at around 9 a.m. in New York. The timing comes from unnamed sources, while the confidential draft S-1 that Anthropic submitted to the SEC earlier came from the company itself.
Per the same reporting, formal marketing for the IPO could begin as soon as the week of Nov. 9, and Anthropic expects to match or beat the size of SpaceX’s IPO. Anthropic’s last private round, a $65 billion Series H, put its valuation at $965 billion.
