Anthropic has drawn capacity from more than one cloud supplier, a structure common among labs training frontier models. The Nscale contract adds a dedicated operator to that mix, with a single West Virginia buildout named as the source of the contracted capacity.

When the Vera Rubin capacity lands

Nvidia's Vera Rubin chips start coming online late next year, the one dated milestone in the reporting. The reporting does not break the $45 billion into annual payments, name a start date for the six-year term, or describe how the roughly 460 megawatts ramps across the West Virginia development. Nor is the cost per megawatt spelled out.
