The on-call first responder on Anthropic's CI team is an agent named Claude Tag, which reads alerts, metrics and logs, then writes a SITREP and keeps a lessons.md as it learns. Anthropic published the setup in a blog post, including the template and the skills behind it.
Its oncall-kit repository on GitHub describes itself as a starter kit for a Claude-assisted on-call, with incident-history playbooks, human-approved gates and read-only Slack operation. Humans deploy every fix.
