Anthropic suspends access to Claude Fable 5 and Mythos 5
The company confirmed a service disruption affecting claude.ai, API, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork. The incident started on June 13, 2026, at 00:50 UTC.
This disruption comes on the heels of recent access policy changes to fifth-gen models. Anthropic had announced it would move Fable 5 to a paid credit model, removing it from Pro, Max, and Team subscriptions after June 23.
