Bloomberg reports that Anthropic has walked away from its roughly $6 billion acquisition of Decart, which would have been its largest known deal ahead of the expected IPO. The two may still look for other ways to collaborate, per one person familiar with the matter. Representatives for Anthropic and Decart declined to comment in a CNBC TV18 report.
