Claude adds Reflect, a monthly usage recap

Anthropic has launched Reflect, a monthly recap that shows when you use Claude most and which tasks eat up your time. The dashboard lives under Settings at claude.ai/settings/reflect.

A few rules on how it works: • The report only generates if memory is turned on • Incognito chats and health-integration content are excluded from the data • You can set quiet hours and break reminders

Reflect is in beta on Free, Pro, and Max, on web and desktop. Per Testing Catalog, it's rolling out gradually and was called Cardinal during development.
