The claude-bridge tool lets you use Claude Code from scripts and automated workflows, replacing the standard claude -p invocation. It launches an interactive tmux session, sends a prompt, monitors the transcript in real-time, and exits once it gets a response.

The key feature is support for json and stream-json output formats, plus JSON schema validation via Zod. The tool auto-approves system requests for permissions and trust, making it possible to run Claude fully autonomously.

Requirements include Bun, tmux, and an authenticated Claude Code CLI. Source code and docs are in the project repo.
