Claude Code update 2.1.161: bug fixes and new metrics

Anthropic has released version 2.1.161 for Claude Code, focusing on stability and OpenTelemetry integration. The update allows OTEL_RESOURCE_ATTRIBUTES to be sent as labels on metric data points, enabling analysis of usage by team or repository.

Key changes include:

- Parallel calls: a failing Bash command no longer cancels other tasks in the batch. - Security: the `claude mcp list` command no longer outputs secrets to the terminal. - File handling: a bug preventing background agents from editing files within their own working trees is fixed. - Linux: improved clipboard functionality.

Regressions in management policies that blocked third-party provider sessions (e.g., Bedrock and Vertex) are resolved. Terminal rendering and large file handling are also optimized.
