Anthropic’s IPO site is live; road show could start Nov. 9

Anthropic’s IPO site is live with a U.S. section. As of November 3, the section says only “More information to come,” and the road show for the listing could start as early as the week of November 9. The site gives no numbers. The financial figures come from Anthropic’s S-1 filing. The timing and a valuation of up to $2 trillion come from Zacks and Investor’s Business Daily, not from the company.
Anthropic filed the S-1 publicly with the SEC on October 26 for an offering of Class A common stock. A confidential draft had gone to the regulator on June 1. The filing shows $16.3 billion in revenue for the first half of 2026 and a plan to spend $807 billion on AI infrastructure.
The $2 trillion figure is a projection, and other reporting has put the number lower. In October, Reuters reported that some investors at Anthropic’s October 14 investor day discussed a valuation of around $1.5 trillion, after the November share sale had been expected at roughly $2 trillion. For comparison, Anthropic’s last private round, a $65 billion Series H that closed on May 28, valued the company at $965 billion post-money.
Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan were reported in June as lead underwriters. Under the schedule Zacks and Investor’s Business Daily describe, the IPO would follow within two weeks of the road show’s start.
