Three rival chatbots failed at once on Thursday morning, so users hit errors whichever one they opened. Anthropic's status page reported elevated errors on Claude, OpenAI acknowledged issues across ChatGPT and Codex, and Grok's website noted problems of its own, per MacRumors.
All three companies said they were investigating. MacRumors later updated the report to say the chatbots are coming back online.
