Claude Code 2.1.208 adds a screen reader mode and vim remaps

Version 2.1.208 introduces a screen reader mode: plain-text output turns on via the claude --ax-screen-reader flag, the CLAUDE_AX_SCREEN_READER=1 environment variable, or the axScreenReader setting. Other additions:

• vimInsertModeRemaps: two-key combos in insert mode, like jj for Escape • CLAUDE_CODE_PROCESS_WRAPPER routes all Claude Code self-launches through a corporate launcher • Mouse click support in multi-select menus and "Other" rows in fullscreen mode

Fixes include the context window no longer dropping to 200k after auto-update, and sync-json no longer getting lost when large responses pass through claude -p.
