Claude Code v2.1.145 is released

The latest version of Anthropic's command-line utility includes several automation features. The claude agents --json command now outputs a list of active sessions in JSON format, making it easy to integrate with scripts, tmux-resurrect, or custom status bars.

Developers have fixed a vulnerability that allowed bypassing permission confirmation when assigning variables in Bash commands. They have also fixed a header encoding bug that broke API calls for agents with non-ASCII names.

The plugin screen now displays all commands and skills before installation. The voice input issue in the response panel has been fixed, as well as the timer freezing when resizing the terminal.
