Claude Code v2.1.153 released

The update tweaks model selection logic and improves background process stability on macOS and Windows.

The /model command now saves the chosen model as the default for new sessions. A new hotkey, s, switches models only for the current session.

On macOS, background agents now show up in privacy settings as Claude Code. This preserves granted permissions through app updates. A critical bug with OAuth token leaks on custom API gateways is also fixed.

The update is available via npm.
