Claude Code v2.1.217: subagent caps and a memory fix

The headline change in v2.1.217, per the GitHub changelog: concurrent subagents are now capped at 20 by default (tunable via CLAUDE_CODE_MAX_CONCURRENT_SUBAGENTS), and nested subagent spawning is off by default.
Other fixes: a memory leak where truncated MCP tool output kept the full result around for the whole session is gone; Windows auto-update crashes that could delete claude.exe are fixed, and the saved file now restores automatically; and auto-compact works for Claude Opus 4.8 on Bedrock.
The release also adds emoji shortcode completion, so typing  inserts the character. Turn it off with emojiCompletionEnabled.
