Claude Code v2.1.216: configurable sandbox and OAuth fixes

v2.1.216 is out. The main changes from the GitHub changelog:

• New sandbox.filesystem.disabled option: you can turn off filesystem isolation while keeping network traffic controls in place • Fixed a slowdown in long sessions where message normalization scaled quadratically with the number of turns, causing pauses of several seconds • Auto mode no longer rejects commands with an "HTTP 401" error after an OAuth token expires or changes mid-session • Background agent sessions now restore their prompt and tool restrictions • AskUserQuestion won't tell Claude to keep going when your answer asked it to wait or explain

This follows v2.1.215, which disabled the auto-run of /verify and /code-review.
