Spec-Driven Development Workflow for Claude Code

Developers are starting to adopt Spec-Driven Development for working with Claude Code. This approach flips the traditional coding cycle: first, a detailed technical specification is created, and then the agent takes over the implementation, item by item.

Unlike simple prompting, the focus here is on structured requirement files. Claude Code analyzes the specification via MCP and executes tasks strictly according to plan. This reduces the likelihood of hallucinations and simplifies control over the project architecture.

We previously discussed Agent View, which allows managing parallel sessions in the terminal. Combining this mode with rigid specifications enables launching multiple independent agents for different system modules. This approach transforms Claude Code from a simple assistant into a full-fledged architect capable of maintaining code cleanliness in large projects.
