Claude Code 2.1.202 adds workflow size control and fixes Remote Control

A Dynamic workflow size setting is now in /config, allowing users to define whether Claude creates small, medium, or large agent workflows. This acts as a recommendation rather than a hard limit. Agent telemetry now includes OpenTelemetry attributes for workflow.run_id and workflow.name.

A significant set of fixes targets Remote Control from mobile and web apps. Commands sent to an interactive session no longer trigger an Unknown command error, and images or files sent without captions are no longer silently dropped.

Session resumption is faster as well. In repositories with many git worktrees, resuming by name no longer takes minutes. The /review <pr> command has reverted to a fast, single-pass review, while the multi-agent variant has moved to /code-review.
